Updated mine... follow the instructions and it should take about 45 minutes... My house is now in the system... BTW my house was built two years ago, and was not located on any maps, other than google maps... Now it loaded in my car!!!!!! Many thanx for the heads up on the update!

Weird. Did you try the USB port below the infotainment system? I think I recall some of the instructions saying to use the one below the cupholder, which is incorrect.It can't detect the USB stick?
It's formatted correctly.

I'm not there, first trying to download the upgrade to my USB stick.
I didn't want to but I even reformatted it but can't get Garmin Express to detect.

I used the USB port under the head unit, in the cubby in front of the shifter. No problem.
Did you plug the formatted stick into your car first? You need to download some information from the car to the USB stick first, so when you plug it into your computer to run the update with Garmin Express, it will register the car make and model, serial #, and maps version first, then download the update to the stick.
