54 when on Flash Pro .49 on Ktuner@360glitch What sort of values are you seeing for Knock Control once it has settled? I get 0.49 quite consistently. Just wondering.
In the log, but I was using the HOndata App on my iphone after my issue with an update so I could catch it right away rather than driving with kcontrol messed upSorry for being off topic - but how do you monitor knock control with the Hondata?
Im Running 93 in Texas and my kcontrol is .49 once it comes down after the flash. havent really driven in the heat yet. cant speak for quicksipperGood question, anybody else care to chime in? The 0.49/0.50 I have seen is based on the car running BP Ultimate RON98 (Australia), which should be the equivalent of US RON92/93. Unfortunately, my 30 mins commutes to/from work doesn't really cause any heat soak to cause the knock control value to vary significantly.
@Quicksipper What's your IAT when you are getting heat soaked and high knock control?
Yes, as the ECU learns the fuel octane level k con drops accordingly.same, it will climb into the 50s when I get heat soaked on hot days.
so... my question is, higher octane should lower K control right?
I've seen the same on 93.@360glitch What sort of values are you seeing for Knock Control once it has settled? I get 0.49 quite consistently. Just wondering.
