edit: after some parts searching, i’ve realized these parts are relatively inexpensive. May not be worth a trip to Columbus for me.

No they are not OEM they are aftermarket made by Power Stop. They replace the factory Honda civic si OEM brakes.

bump; not the same ones but I've been running the powerstop Z23 rotors and pads, and they're good price to performance for street use
