2018 Civic Lx Mods

I was wondering what the first big performance mod should be for my car, I was thinking about starting out with a tune. If not that it would be a downpipe, cold air intake or cat back exhaust bc of cali regulations. Any ideas?

I just ordered a tune and if I'm not mistaken (I saw several comments) a tune will give you a lot more hp/torque than any other mod and at a lower cost.
