1st Time Civic Si Owner

Just took delivery of a black Si coupe the other night. I was the first customer to drive the car. It was really dirty from transport. Traded in a 2012 Lexus Ct200h for the Si. What a night and day difference. On my 32 mile morning commute I'm getting 47-48 MPG and on the drive back I'm getting 40-41 MPG. Total upgrade in drivability and still keeping the gas mileage of the Lexus hybrid. The last Honda I owned was a 2004 S2000. Although it was a fun car to drive with the top down, I felt beat up commuting on LA freeways. This 2017 Si has a shifter that feels just as good as the S2000 and is way more comfortable for daily driving. Can't wait to get past 600 miles so I can rev it up some.

Congratulations! I've been daily-ing my S2k for the last couple months and definitely know what you mean by feeling beat up. Can't wait to pick up my Si. The black looks badass sir!

Congrats! Look so pretty in a coupe version. I just past 600 miles and I went all the way haha! Even at 400 miles I did couple pulls lol so tempted

Black looks amazing....I'm too damn lazy to keep it looking that way and FL is not a black friendly color during the summer time. I'm still undecided on what color I want. Aegean Blue or Orchid White are my top contenders ATM.

Very nice! Glad to see I'm not the only first time Si owner here, or the only one dallying a black Si 30+ miles a day (39 mile commute each way for me).
