Hey guys as promised I wrapped my roof n fogs today. The guy also did my emblems for free

It looks sick

Im doing tints n calipers next weekend

I paid 69 for the vinyl on ebay and 140 for labor in fort lauderdale fl

Okay, YOU did it. I have been lurking for months now. This is my first post. I bought a 2017 Touring (modern steel) 2 months ago that my wife drives and ordered this exact WOP hatchback sport (manual) the same day we bought the touring. Waiting the 90 days until it arrives has been almost unbearable... early feb cant get here soon enough. The mods I've had in my head are exactly what you've done to your hatchback. Red emblems with red painted calibers is what I am planning. Absolutely love how your car turned out. Was hoping the wrapped roof would look this good. Man, keep us (me ) posted on all the mods you do. More pics would be awesome. Car is gorgeous! Any performance upgrades planned?

Looks really good man... did you wrap the upper spoiler and shark fin too? Can't tell... also I just had tint and my tint installer mentioned doing 3M gloss black on my roof too so kinda funny that I came across this thread.. anyway, here's my sport with tint.

Can you explain what exactly he did to your emblems? Did you buy and add the red emblem and he wrapped the chrome or did he plastic dip the chrome? Thanks

Thanks. I was thinking maybe throttle body or headers. Even exhaust but all can get pricey n affect warranty on drivetrain. For now im kewping it cosmetic. Waiting for musflaps n thinking some sparco wheels

Let me know if you get new wheels amd meed to offload those... I cant stand the ex-t wheels and rubber

I will be getting wheels over the year. And he winyl wrapped the emblems he said it might not last long and i understood. Eventually ill get the jdm ones. I wrapped the antenna not the spoiler though. I wanted the spoiler to stand out more. I drove it to wynwood in miami the other night and turned a few heads it was great. My friend was valet n i got a great spot it was also my birthday

just a cheap vinyl from eBay

It was like 6.99 for a roll

we used the blue painter tape inside circle for the template

they fit perfectly

also be careful when removing back emblem guys the paint is soft/cheap there my guy had the right rubber/plastic tool and it still took a small bit of the paint off.

I went over the paint quality in my review I posted on youtube, the paint is so damn soft on these cars! it took me days to get my black car dialed in and remove all the swirls/scratches from transporting. I have 1400 miles now and a dozen chips in the hood and front cover. I'll probably be wasting my time but I plan to visit my local Honda this weekend when I have the car cleaned and ask them about it. it seems to chip to easy, much easier than past Hondas I've owned.
