Will I rub - 265/40/18 on 9.5 + 45 rim

Replace wheels and tires. Wheel 18" x 9.5 with +45. Thinking of tire 265/40/18. Not sure if it will rub. Any suggestions?

It'll probably rub, that's a high sidewall ratio. I have the same wheel specs, but on 275/35 all around. No rubbing on stock height and alignment, full car too.
