Hi guys,
As per topic, AFAIK the AFR to follow is the AFR at KTuner but of course compare with an External WBO2 but I had different results.
Went on dyno last week. AFR in ktuner reads around mid 11's AFR after i made adjustments from datalogs but comparing to the external wideband on dyno plugged to 1 side of the exhaust output at the back it reads much leaner around 12 AFR.
External wideband on dyno at the back of exhaust plugged in 1 side reads the same as AFR.ADJ in ktuner when Fuel Stat was on 4 then to 2 around 2.5K rpm then it jumped back to 4 all the way during pull & that's when AFR.ADJ reads the same as External WBO2.
Both my AFR & AFR.ADJ is very close not far apart & that's what i adjusted the AFR to around mid 11's in ktuner but from dyno external wideband it reads lean same as AFR.ADJ difference is about 0.5 leaner on external when it switches from Fuel Stats 4 to 2 then back to 4 during WOT. LTFT is always at -100.
Which should i follow ?
Just a k&n drop in filter everything else stock.
Boost is set to 22 psi but on dyno it also reads higher at 22.9 psi.
ATM i readjusted MAF scaling, WOT enrichment & boost to lower levels just to be on the safe side.
Highest Kcont was 0.9 then it dropped back to normal levels mid 0.5.
Forgot to do the pedal dance & had the warnings, drove around then it went back to normal.
Power dropped right after the 1st pull, 2nd, 3rd, 4th pull resulted in a power drop of 10-20 whp same goes to wtq.
Will further analyze the data again & make some changes. Going on the dyno again after full exhaust system installed with a short air ram intake.
@KTuner where do i send the datalog to ? Much TIA in advance.
