I was wondering if anyone had tips on where I can buy parts for the FK8 while I'm in Tokyo/Osaka for 10 days in June.

I've written down all the USD prices from jhpusa and evasive motorsports to compare while I'm there, but not really sure where to go there to get the parts.

Is Autobacs the only retailer there?

Is it cheaper to go to a place like Autobacs or go directly to the Spoon / J's Racing / Rays store? Just wondering since, in the US, walking into the actual company's store means you're going to pay MSRP when online or at different retailers you can get the same item under MSRP.

I am watching intently as well.
I do think you could get better prices from the head of the supply snake than the parts distributor.

Sometimes that's not the case. Like APR carbon fiber parts for my Z06 are 10% off at most through APR but through other retailers I'm able to get up to 24% off.

I hope stuff is cheaper over there... Guess I'll see soon.

Going "through" them is different than visiting and networking to the top. I wish you luck my friend and remember anything is possible through relationship building ;)

Some stuff they have there...which you can look online and have it delivered to an upgarage near you

But honestly, looks like most people are selling just the factory wheels lol.

So Super Autobachs may be a good place to find new stuff...but it's pricey
