1. Will it fit without rubbing the struts or fenders with Eibach Pro-kit?
2. Does it require fender roll and/or pull?
3. How much camber need it to fit?
4. Will stock 235/40/18 fit without stretching it too much?
5. Thank you kindly

1. Will it fit without rubbing the struts or fenders with Eibach Pro-kit?
Shouldn’t rub the inner struts depending on the tires width it’s the outer fenders that you may need to roll/pull. The rear fender may need to be trimmed/rolled/pulled to clear depending what tire and amount of camber you plan on running with the pro kit.
2. Does it require fender roll and/or pull?
If you go with a 265-275 width tire most likely unless you trim/roll/pull and add a decent amount of camber in the rear and slight roll/pull to the front or go with a 255 and below size. I rub with 265s on a et40 18x9.5 ze40 only on hard dips and that’s at stock height. The wheels come flush with the fenders with my et40 and 265s
3. How much camber need it to fit?
In my case not sure since I’m not lowered (yet) but there’s a few members that are and hopefully they can chime in.
4. Will stock 235/40/18 fit without stretching it too much?
They will fit but will be stretched on there. If anything I would look at a 245 tire to stretch since the max recommended rim width on most 245s are 9.5. Stretching a 245 and below will give you more clearance to your fenders.
5. Thank you kindly
No problem. Hopefully more people chime in. Especially the ones lowered on eibachs. I believe a lot of people are getting away with a 9.5 down to et22 stretching the oem 235s so you should be fine with a et45

hello all! hopefully i can help. i run 18x9.5 +38 volk ze40s and im lowered on bc coils. im sure im 3 inches dropped. theyre maxed out so im pretty sure thats the range haha. i run the coils dampened 2 clicks from the middle on the soft side. i also use the stock sport tires. 235/40 and it fits very flush with the fender and its not too much of a stretch still very tasteful and if i went with a 245 or 255 im sure itd rub my actual fender but the tire fits well in the fender. the only rubbing problems i have are when my steering wheel is full lock my wheels is under load. ie over a speed bump or turning at a decent amount of speed. other wise if my wheels are straight or slightly turned i have no problems. it only rubs on the plastic fender liner and its not that much either. i plan to roll my fenders not because the rubbing is causing issues or tire wear (you can even see theres barely any tire wear from rubbing or from being so low) but because i want that extra comfort of not rubbing because i know all of us feel it in the soul when we hear that lol 18x9.5 +45 should fit just find because if you are not slammed then you wont have a problem. i could raise my car and be fine but i love the look and stance it gives the car and i break alot of neck in my area  i posted pics of my car to hopefully help out. any other questions just let me know! hoped it helps alot sorry for so many photos btw lol

Thank you @RedFK8 and @nvtive_b for the info. I am planning to get the pro-kit along with the Advan TC3 18x9.5 +45 soon.
Gotta love the TC3s and their ease of cleaning too!! Can’t go wrong with advans. Can’t wait to see the setup when it’s complete.
