Hey guys and gals. Im looking to put a set of rims and tires on my Si this summer. Ive done a lot of research on line and looked here also. Im looking to install either 18" or 19" x 9.5 with a 22 offset, with 255 x 35 or 40 tire. Everything I see on line, says that, that combination will fit but wont tell me if they will scrub at all or how bad they will scrub. From what Ive read on here, I think the smallest offset Ive seen, is 35. So Im asking if my plan of 19x9.5 with a 22 offset will work without scrubbing, or should I go with the same size rim with a 35 offset, or should I scratch that size rim and go with a smaller rim ( 19x9 35, 19x8.5 35, or 18x9 35, 18x8.5 35). Thanks in advance for your help.

A +22 offset will give you a lot of poke. Are you lowered? You will for sure need to pull some fender with a 9.5 and +22 unless you are going to put in a good amount of camber.

Not lowered just yet, but it is definitely coming. I'm not wanting to do any cutting or rolling of the fenders. I'm not knocking the lowrider look, but that's definitely not what I'm going for. I just want something wider and looks aggressive. Should I go with the 9.5 +35 or 9 +35?

Hi, will a +30 offset on a 18X8.5 rim poke a little bit outside of a fender in hatches? I have stock shocks and not planning to lower my car...
