I jumped on an order on Blackfriday getting the catchcan.
Got confirmation with the following text:

NOTE: We are experiencing a processing delay of 1-3 days from the time a new order is placed. We will do our best to locate stock at outlying facilities in an effort to expedite your order(s), however, many customers will experience this service interruption.
Now 2.5 weeks later, I'm still waiting.
Mish do not answer on mails (sent twice to [email protected]), also tried to reach out to Nick here on the forum.

No replies.....

I see Nick is active on the forum, but that's about it.

Personally, I have no problems with delays etc, but I do want replies when I ask.

Other people waiting for their products?

From Norway, nope.

Have had really good experience talking with them on the forum and mail earlier. Call shouldn't be necessary...

Their customer service is laughable. I waited about a month for a response after signing up for a bunch of BS on their site just to ask a question.

I wonā€™t buy anything from them again.

I had the same experience contacting them, via email and trying to talk to Nick on the forum here. Took forever to get a response, I heard calling them yields the best result. That said I made a second purchase from Mishimoto but through MAPerformance, and MAP answered for them quickly when there was a delay with my order. Learned my lesson that going through a reliable reseller is the best way to go, companies always answer their inquiries.

Catch can seems indefinitely delayed for some reason. I cancel my order and just made my own.

I have ordered 2 parts from them a intake and a catch can and the intake took two months to hit my door step and the catch can a month and a half. Their products are on point but customer service is sub par. Jumped through hoops to contact them via email and that still took a week and a half to get a response. But their products are excellent just wish time bought to time shipped was a little more snappy. Thatā€™s was my experience.

When I ordered their silicone intake hose, I figured it would arrive quickly since they are just one State away. The product never arrived. Glad it didn't because some members here have since stated it doesn't even fit properly.
wow! I remember when I preordered their intake...then canceled shortly after...glad I did. :eek:
