Exercice, sport, good food...and not too much alcohol, that's the secret of good shape, good appearance, longevity...and
above all, a clear and healthy mind.
You can be 80 years old but look 65 physically and also stay toung in your head.
This is advice I gave to my students when I was teaching physics at college.
Don't forget sunscreen

I picked up weight lifting again early this year (did it casually for a short while probably 5 years ago). Started with Strong Lifts 5x5, did that for a few months, and now moved onto Wendler 531/Big But Boring. Great results from both programs.

The big thing for me, is that there are phone apps for both programs. Makes it so easy to follow and stay on track. I honestly probably wouldn't stick with it as well as I do, if I had to go oldschool and use a pen and pad or Excel sheets to keep track of everything.
