What did you drive before your 10th Gen Civic?

Before picking up my '17 Civic Hatch I was driving a '07 Mazda 3 Hatch. Great car at the time but I definitely prefer my Civic now over anything else I've driven.

I was driving a 2015 Nissan Sentra, but I honestly hated the CVT on it. Mileage was nice, but wasn't worth it for me.

Drove a 2012 F-150 Ecoboost 3.5L TT V6, Loved that truck, wouldnt have gotten rid of it, but 14.5MPG was going to kill me. Love my new 2019 Honda Civic EX.

suzukis for 21 years, not a single major issue... best manual transmision i have ever drive was swift sport 2007... honda civic 1.5t hatch dont comes even close, that 5 speed in swift was just awesome transmission... after 90k miles was still light years smoother and crispier than hondas new

Currently drive a 2017 Civic EX and upgrading to an SI soon, before that I drove a....

2004 Pontiac Grand Am (car was a real POS, traded it in for the Civic before the whole car took a dumb)
2008 5.4 F-150 (had a level kit and 33"s, that was a pretty good truck but the MPG sucked, good in the snow though)
2006 Mustang GT 5-speed (really miss that car but had to sell it when the 1st kid came)

Let's see...

- First car was an '87 Civic Hatchback
- Second car was a '97 Civic EX.
- A few years later I bought an '05 Honda CBR 600RR in Tribal Black, for fun. Had to let it go when we had kids.
- I then went traitor and picked up a '12 Mazda 6 sedan. It was ok, but boring as all hell.
- Now I have a '19 Civic Si, and once again I'm loving driving.

Before my 2019 Civic Sport Hatchback, I was driving a 2016 Ford Focus HB.
The Focus wasn't the worst thing ever, but as I had the DCT transmission, of course I had the bad shudder as well as a complete clutch replacement after 40k miles. At 43k, it developed complete vibrations throughout the car at highway speeds and I decided enough was enough.

Been with the Civic (CVT transmission) for almost a month and a half now. Still grinning ear to ear whenever I step in this thing!

I still miss her to this day.

Before my Sport hatch, I had a 15 Golf TDI and STi swapped Impreza GC. The Civic replaced the Golf when VW bought it back. Sold the GC so the Sport got promoted to my “fun” car, but also my only car. Now I have 2002 bugeye WRX so the Sport is back to my daily driver. The WRX gets all the fun stuff.

Oh man. I loved the E36 M3 sedan, and almost bought one, but got this instead. Kept it 10 years and traded for the Civic Sport 6MT.

I love BMW I’ve owned about 5-6 of them. Unfortunately when the e36 got totaled I didn’t want to have to put in wrench time to get it running right. Reason I can back to Honda.
