did this a few weeks ago. bought the brand new trunk garnish from member @00057 whom i give 5-stars for quick communication and shipping ;-)

i'm a sucker for brushed aluminum bits in most of my cars, so these will help from scuffing the oem black plastic trunk trim when carrying wood or other things etc.

tried 2 billet aluminum oil caps - neither will fit so do NOT buy. wanted a simple, elegant billet aluminum oil cap just for fun. both of the caps below have the same issue: threads are too thick even though they're 10x1.5 pitch and will not screw all the way down to seat the o-ring and seal.

1) blackwork racing (bwr) now owned by a new company - does NOT fit. however, the company quickly sent a replacement which also didn't fit. we both determined it needs to be taken off market, and the company quickly issued a full refund no questions asked.

2) boomba oil cap sold as "10th gen civic, 2016+" - does NOT fit. however, quickly learned boomba charges a silly 25% restocking fee AND only issues store credit. that's ridiculous in today's world of amazon buying etc. needless to say, won't buy anything from boomba again...$42 wasted.

@PRL Motorsports is sending its "made for type r" specific oil cap which is guaranteed to fit.

I live in Sweden and bought though local dealer in europe: @tegiwa (http://www.tegiwaimports.com). Total with Nankang NS2R 265x35x18 tyres and center caps set me back about 3130 USD$. Freight to the door included =)
Keep in mind this was a Christmas offer in december they ran and here + in Europe we have to pay import tax on US gods
For you european FK8 drivers in this forum I can recommend Tegiwa in UK, great guys and good support.

Not gonna lie I usual don't like the Carbon wrap, but that looks great I can see it tying in with the factory lower trim. Awesome work.

Thanks to @PRL Motorsports for the custom request understated silver billet oil cap that does fit perfectly and battery tie down plus PTP intake pipe blanket to match my @GrahamRahalPerformance DP blanket.

Thanks to @VividRacing for the Skunk2 billet shift knob reminiscent of my S2000 stock knob. Damn thing does weigh almost exactly 1 lb for easy, quick shifting ;-)
