Wekfest Seattle 2019 - Best Parking?

I'm from Vancouver, BC and planning on going down to Seattle for Wekfest (July 14th). Was wondering where's the best place to park my car?
is there a parkade where a lot of car guys park and walk over to Centurylink Field? Or even better, a CTR meet at a parkade near the area?

I usually park my car near by international district (China town) and pay no more than $10.
There should be plenty of FREE parking in the area especially because the event is on Sunday.
