Warm start grind noise... fixed and came back?

I have a 2016 Touring and I have had the TSB performed twice over 2 years to fix the warm start grind noise in the valve body of the CVT.. IT WOULD GO AWAY FOR A FEW MONTHS AND COME BACK.. Honda is just throwing their hands up in the air at this point and saying they aren't sure what to do at this point. They did say that it will in no way harm anything on the car.. Its just frustrating this is ongoing.. Who else here has had the issue come back after getting it fixed more than once??
