Wanting to Replace Rear Wheel Arch

So I'm new to the site and although I've had my Blue Type R for 7 months now, somehow my rear right wheel arch has been scuffed to the point that the clear coat is gone and you can see primer. I looked into buying this part and replacing it but my question is, how difficult it is to remove this part and replace with a new one? I can't seem to find any videos or on the forums on how to do this on the FK8.

The cheapest I've found this part is around $134. Wouldn't sandblasting, repainting and labor cost more?
