Great animation video feature showing how the Civic Hatchback has evolved from its birth in 1973.

Good video. Just saw this Civic (I think it was a '73) in St. Petersburg, Florida.20171105_123400-1.jpg

I think that's a Honda Z600 - sold in the USA before the Civic

My brother had a 76 wagon. I got to drive it a little, thought it was a neat little car.

You can see this in the wild thanks to Honda's long lifespan.

Really like the engine sounds they've put in there (along with Clarkson's quote about the engine "making its own gravity field").

    Thanks for this.

I've always been a fan of the CRX, Prelude and after seeing this now I know why I love the CivicX...they share similar in design of being aggressive & sharp from mid 80's, they got cute in the 90's and 2000's.

No thanks. I drove an Elantra and didn't like the feel-steering of it, power was blah. I don't think their cars are put together or engineered as well as Honda. But I'm biased, I've owned nothing but Honda's since 1985.

without looking at the website, Im pretty sure it's a 3 door, the driver side doesnt have a door for the passenger. unless you are also referring to the trunk, which I wasnt thinking about that when I wrote this.
