2019 Hatch Sport Touring - My first turbo and first CVT - when I am pulling into the garage, I get a noticeable surge. I don't notice it any other time. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Pulling into the garage at low speed you get a surge of power? Definitely not normal for the turbo or CVT. Was this just a one time thing?

Maybe you have a vacuum leak in your intake somewhere? That’s about the best anyone could do given the limited information.

Every time in my first 1000 miles. Not a big surge, but definitely noticeable.

Since I only have 1000 miles, I'll give it a little more time, then off to the dealer. i thought it might be a known characteristic of the combination.

I'd have the dealer look at it and take it from there. I've had my 1.5 Turbo/CVT for over two years and have never had that happen.

Ya, take it in now. There could be log data that only the Honda scan tool or an equivalent one can see and they can always to a live logging with it and try to simulate what you are experiencing.

Watching a lot of auto repair channels, you get to see that there are a surprising # of things that don't make the money light come on.
