Where is a good place to meet?

There's a bus parking lot area near crab park on Waterfront Rd. It's usually empty: https://goo.gl/maps/gbMAJG8PZa12. We can meet there. Underneath the the convention centre really close by has a cool spot to take photos of individual cars if you'd like afterwards. That is my suggestion. I'm open to any others.

Unless there is a better suggestion. I figured strip mall parking lots will get a bit busier at 11am. As I've said, open to suggestions but nobody has confirmed meeting here.
