used 2018 civic ex??

new to this thread, hello!

i'm looking to purchase a used civic but i'm kind of on the fence about what i've seen. i'm not too worried about miles but i just found a used 18 civic ex with almost 29k miles for 17k. is that reasonable?? its way below kbb value and i'm not too knowledgeable in the car buying category so i thought i'd come on here and get some feedback from people who are. thanks!

I would consider it if everything on it looks and runs like a reasonably new car, there's a good warranty and just 1 owner. Just my opinion.

It is certified but I'm going to have someone check it out anyway just for my own peace of mind.
