Unpair KTuner when taking to dealer?

Hey guys! I'm going to be taking my 2018 Sport Hatch to the dealer later today and I have KTuner hooked up. Theyre going to be scanning the car as all the warnings come up (emissions system problem, all brake control systems problems, Electronic power steering problem, etc.) I'm thinking its the famous battery failure as it happens at random. I'm a little nervous as I currently have my KTuner unit paired with the vehicle (I'm on stock tune anyways).. Do I need to unpair it completely or just take it out of my OBD port and remove my sticker?

Side question, is the canadian sport hatch L15B7?

When u flash ktuner v1.2 do u have to keep it in the obd port or take it out afterwards?

after flashing, you can take it out of the obd2 port
