Under Body Part Rupture

Hi guys,

Recently I started getting scraping noises when driving at high speeds.

Upon inspection, there seems to be a rupture of some sort underneath my car in the front driver side (left).

Do you guys know what parts number that is? I'm assuming it's just some sort of cover I can easily replace?

The noise is driving me nuts

I hit a rock with mine and a piece was hanging down. I just shoved it back in place.
