Type R steering wheel install

Hey, guys so I wanted to share with you guys my install of the Type R steering wheel on my 17 Hatchback. I hope I posted this right lol install was easy I had a couple techs from my Honda dealer help with the install. If anyone is interested in the part number its 78501-TGH-A90ZA

Is the type r wheel a smaller diameter than the normal one? Also to bad the bottom piece doesn't come with it because the silver looks weird with the red. Overall tho it's definitely an improvement. Looks good man.

Nice, its also a fairly cheap mod. i might keep this in mind

I think that's due to the angle of the picture; should be the same thickness.

Question: does this void ANY kind of warranty? How much total did this cost you?

They're on back order now I was going to order more for people and ship them out but it's on backorder the day I got mine they went on backorder

Can you let me know when they become available again? Am ready to order one for my Si. Is the type R steering smaller diameter because of the flat bottom?

If you were in my area I could help you installed it. I'm a Technician.

Warranty would not be voided. Only on the steering wheel because the Vehicle didn't come with it. Just make sure the battery is disconnected when you remove the airbag, otherwise you will get airbag fault and it's not recommended to have voltage going thru it when it's being disconnected. It could ignite.
