Has anyone confirmed or tried to mount the type r front lip on an si? Or any submodel honestly. Tempted to see if it does being it's only $78

Judging by images I'm gonna guess no, but I don't know anything beyond that. I think it "could" work but given the R's extra front break vents and larger fenders, the lip will probably stick out on the sides of any other civic.

Again just guessing.

I ordered the lip from Penske Honda last week for just under $150. Would've cost me over $200 to ship it via Hondapartsnetwork. Rep said it's on back order. Still no word on delivery date but I will try it out and see how it goes as soon as it arrives. God I hope I ordered the right part lol

Yup, I saw that. Apparently it wasn't a direct bolt on so I'll take note of what mods need to be done in order for it to fit. In case anyone else in interested in doing it. Unless of course, there's already a write up by the time I get mines.

do you have a link? i know its from Hondapartsnetwork.com but it was giving me different results when i was searching for it.
