Two Part DIY Request

Part A) How to remove H emblem from the trunk without tearing it/the car up?

I assume it’s just 3M taped but I’m not sure.

Part B) How to plasti dip/paint the emblems and have them look, at least, decent?

Bonus: If the emblem can’t be easily removed from the trunk, what’s the best way to tackle plasti dip/painting the emblem still attached to the trunk?

What I did on my 2002: spray plastidip with the emblem still installed, then peel off the rest. I used a toothpick to list up the stuff inside the emblem, enough to get a corner I could grab with a pair of tweezers
