TSB for A/C "whining" noise?

So this notorius whistling sound has appears now in my civic, and I saw a TSB here the other day with the exact symptoms. It occurs at ~2100 - ~2900 RPM. Can someone please reference it? And how do I prove to my dealer that I need this fixed?

I have this same problem, and my dealer won’t even look at it without paying $127 diagnostic fee. If there’s a TSB I’d love to know about it as well.

From what I’ve seen online and read here in the forums, this has been an issue since the 2016s, and those who have had it replaced ended up having the problem return. Hopefully they found a fix.

Thank you!! I’m hoping I can convince the dealer that mine should also be covered... from what I’ve read (and please correct me if I’m wrong), FC1 is the 1.5 models, and I have a 2.0 EX

Anyway, glad to see it was recognized!
