Probably gonna be my next exhaust system. Can't wait for more sound clips, particularly with aftermarket catted downpipes. Hopefully it's not too loud.

That's a bit more expensive than the AWE... they're on sale right now for about $1,200 (regular $1,400).

For us in Canada that's about $2,100 for the 27Won exhaust..... lol

It is more expensive than the AWE but our design is very different. We chose to use V-band and not slip joints, we use 80mm pipe versus the std 3", we have the dual-wall tips with logo plates, we also have the tuned side branch resonators. This system won't be what everyone wants but we feel it is the best one in regards, to design, performance, and overall experience for you guys.

You have an AWE exhaust to justify what you are claiming? Sure doesn’t sound like any rasp on any of the vids for either touring or track.

A $1700 price tag is good I don’t think I’ll be preordering any time soon though seeing as we won’t be getting the exhaust until sometime February. I do have 1 question though. How much does the exhaust weigh? I tried looking through this thread and the blog posts for the answer but I don’t seem to see it or I may have missed it

Do you have any sound level measurements for this exhaust, with or without the OEM downpipe? I'd like to know if it would pass sound restrictions at Laguna Seca. Thanks!

With OEM down-pipe yes, with a catless it will not.
