trailer hitch

Any one get a trailer hitch for their hatchback, sport touring? I know there has been discussions, but wondering if there has been updates.

I'm looking/asking, too. Specifically, I'm looking for one for a coupe with a center exhaust ... like the 2017 Si. I've been dead-set on getting one but no hitch would be a deal-breaker for me. There are plenty for 'coupes except center exhaust'. Could it be that those would fit but that anything in the hitch (like the ball or a bike rack) would block the exhaust?
