I think black wheels look good on the white. Personally I don’t like how much every black plastic part stands out against the white, but if you like that Panda look, might as well complete it with the black wheels.

I accidentally lucked into these decent looking cheapo aluminum rims from Discount Tire (who, in Beavercreek, Ohio, is an excellent shop!) upon buying some winter tires. I asked for some "steelies" but they didn't have any in stock so the guy gave me these instead. They were 113 bucks each and while they are cheap I didn't expect anything that looked even remotely nice.
