Caught this clip on Instagram and 3 things popped in my head:

1. I dig the front bumper
2. Drive “jammed” the e-brake to make the car do what it does in the clip.
3. Is he gonna eff up his brakes???

I’m not sure how he got the car to engage the brake while it’s moving. Is this a manual?

Assuming he didn’t bugger anything to get the car to engage the parking brake while moving, he’s not going to hurt the brakes in this case. He will damage his tires, but that’s not too immediate because of the soft surface, if he was on hard surface he’d be calling Tire Rack.

I’d like to see that bumper more clearly, it looks interesting.

1. I want need that bumper.
2. I doubt that's possible on pavement. I'd like to see it attempted though.

it looks like a camry with that bumper
Here's the Camry. Looks similar but not quite.

Here's a Nissan Altima. This has some similar lines to the Civic in the clip albeit without all the chrome and larger vents on the sides from grill.

That post is embarrassing.

It's really only possible to do that in a loose surface like the sand he's on. If you want to drift, buy a RWD car.

Just hold up on the e-brake lever/switch
I could be mistaken, or also a little scared to commit to it, but I thought I tried holding the lever up once when it was snowy here. I recall it locked up, then unlocked pretty much immediately...

Maybe he hit the brakes then engaged the ebrake while hitting them? Too scared to check lol

Yeah, not a good idea. What we have is a parking brake not an e-brake. I tried it once and it was not a good experience!
