Does anyone know how to get to the third brake light in the Si Coupe? I can't figure out how to remove the cover. I can't find anything with a quick Google search either. I'm probably being over-cautious. But I don't want to just pull it apart.

What’s your purpose for removing it? Isn’t it LED like the sedan?

The tint installer didn't put it back in properly. So it's hanging down in one side. I could take it back. But it's really inconvenient to schedule another appointment. I was hoping to just do it myself.

It was the tint guy's fault. There are two clips attached to the window. I did not know they existed and hadn't seen them in any previous photos. I've attached the photos myself for future reference. Basically, the tint guy didn't slide one of the clips back into the cover correctly. It was a 30 second fix once I figured it out

Hi ..I have a similar issue where the tint guy left a bunch of finger prints and water stains under my si coupe's brake cover. I want to remove the cover to clean it myself but couldn't figure out how to remove it. Your pics are a great help...but not sure how to remove the cover. Is it as simple as sliding it towards the back of the car? Also I want to be careful that I don't scratch the surrounding tint.

Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated!

From the top of the cover, the part that is closest to the front of the car, pull straight down. There are two plastic plugs on either side. They will pop out and not break if you do it carefully. Then you can easily slide the cover out from the two clips. It will be loose enough that it shouldn't harm the tint at all.

After having my tint done, I found one of those pop out fasteners (like the ones for the trunk carpet and fender liners) in my back seat. Are there any of those in the rear center brake light area?

There are two white ones in the brake light cover. It's possible that if one is missing the clips are still holding it firmly to the window.

It's a black one.
There are two black plugs that go in the top liner on either side of the brake light. It would be easy to spot if one of those is missing.
