Tein Flex Z question

So I'm likely buying the Tein Flex Z coil overs for my '18 Civic EXT coupe and I'm planning on a 2 inch drop. This will be the first time I've done anything with suspension on a car I own. I have three questions.

1. Can anybody confirm if this coil kit comes with everything needed for install?
2. I do not want wheel rub, nor do I want to roll my fenders. With these coils and knowing the amount of drop I listed, should I be okay?
3. I want the suspension to be moderately more firm than stock (specifically for when I do autocross/track days in the summer). Is this going to be a good kit to meet those expectations? I do not want to spend more than $1,100 total for coils.
