Sometimes the city is responsible. If they knew that pothole has caused damaged before and repaired it they can be held liable.

Depends on city and state of course. Might be worth looking into.

Sure not, it is like you if hit a wall with your car , is the car have a waranty on it ?
See you insurance, IMO, I' ll pay myself for a new wheel.

I'll ask to a tire shop if they can fix the wheel.

You should of asked the dealer before you purchased the car and see if they had wheel and tire protection. Especially for rims.
That's what I did when I had my infiniti q70 with 20 inch rims. And that's part of the reason why I got rid of it potholes are killers hate these New York roads and that's why got 18 SI with 18 inch rims instead. Good luck hope they do cover it.

Yeah went back to them and said there was a plan for it, didn’t think anything about when I bought it...

Everyone here is gonna tell you that you should have bought the wheel and tire insurance from the dealer when you purchased your car. Of course, if you asked beforehand if you should purchase the additional wheel and tire insurance, everyone would tell you it's a scam and a money grab by the dealer

Warranty has nothing to do with this, you'll have to go through insurance or find a wheel shop that will straighten out bent rims. Sorry to see that happen.
