Stop sale on our 2016 10th gen Civics?

So I work at a western New York Honda dealership, and there's been a rumor floating around. I pulled one of the glitchy touch screen Civics aside for the technicians to look at later, and one of the service writers said not to worry because there is a stop-sale on them. Is this true? And for how long?
