Stained Seats!! Please help!

Left a gatorade overnight in my car, and it leaked. any tips or idea on how to clean it?

Dang that sucks. I would i just get a wet damp towel(not soaking wet!) and blot it(not sure if it's the right word..), just keep doing it a few times and let dry. If you still see stains get some shout stain remover then you should be good.
