Expensive, for use with the DMF, and says it is for JDM L15C (FK7). Just saw it on Spoon USA's IG account. Anyone know anything about this? Would this work in the L15b7?

Since it's made by Exedy, I can't imagine it's much different than the organic clutch that Exedy recently released for the DMF. Seeing as how it was just released as well, it's probably the same exact clutch.

I'm sure you are correct. Embarrassingly, I missed the Exedy markings on the disk. Good call.

Best I can tell, the markings on the the Spoon disk and cover are exactly the same as the Exedy parts. All for nearly $500 more. https://shop.exedyusa.com/exedy-rac...age-1-organic-clutch-kit/08809/i-7535728.aspx

I'm really hoping some reviews of the stage 1 Exedy clutch will start trickling out. I know there was some talk about how it was barely stronger than the stock clutch, but I think that was somewhat overblown after getting info from Exedy. Seems like this clutch would be a great option for those who are running upwards of 23 PSI maps while retaining similar driveability as stock.

Spoon posted this the 20th on their FB page .Here's the link to the japan site https://www.spoonsports.jp/blog/?p=...IMZOjY4mzUrxD9XUGuabrXQyUTYgFBIuQOVmQ9FsyrwHY
They are also now selling Hondata Flashpro in Japan and using it on their cars .That's why they needed a better clutch.
Here's the google translate of the japan site:

"SPOON has been developing the 10th CIVIC HATCHBACK 1.5L TURBO (FK7) since its launch, but the first goal was to pursue total tuning to achieve better running performance than TYPE R (FK8). did.
One of the most confident tuning gains in the process was the potential of the L15C 1.5TURBO engine.
With the introduction of Hondata Flashpro, it is possible to exhibit a maximum output of 250ps (STD 182ps) and a maximum torque of 38kgf ・ m (STD 24.5kgf ・ m) by performing precise setting. The barrier to achieving this was the corresponding torque of the STD clutch.

Therefore, SPOON has developed clutch discs and covers using high-strength fiber materials to achieve the high heat resistance and high strength required for motor sports.
The dual mass structure used in the genuine flywheel is utilized as it is, and the clutch pedal depression force is suppressed to about 10% higher than the STD, making it ideal for street use where operability is important."

@fenix-silver you're right the part numbers on the pressure plate and clutch disc are exactly the same as the spoon part !
