Taking the OEM spoiler off is the hardest part. The clips are kind of difficult to reach, but with a long flat head screwdriver and maybe some long reach needle nose pliers. I'd suggest grabbing some popsicle sticks too. You can get the popsicle sticks between the spoiler and trunk to apply pressure to the clip. Then use the screw driver to press each clips retaining tab. There is a tab on each side of the clip iirc.
I also put some aluminum tape over the OEM trunk holes just as a precaution if the new spoiler/LED didn't create a good water seal against the trunk. I've never had any water in my truck.
