splitter replacement tutorial?

To those who have replaced their splitter, are there only the two screws in front of the wheels on each side and the plastic rivets under the car? Or are there other screws? (I'm wondering about the holes/brackets in this picture and I wanted to know everything I'm going to run into before starting work.)

Quick search on the forums and it looks like people saying those screws and clips are all there is. If you really want instructions, service express is only $10 for a day and will have instructions.
