Christine. Of course after the Book and Movie. Last car was Ellie. This one damn near drives itself. OK, sorry, not a Type "R". Yes, I can afford one but could not go for the reduced insulation in it.

I refer to it as "the Type-R", as in "are we taking your car or the Type-R?"

SImply "The new Car" ... Yes, I used to name my Subarus "SUBATU / SUBATWO" , because I stay up all night.

    I have no creativity lol

Nope. We have two Civics and four Honda’s. Used to be we could say the van, the Honda, the Jeep or the Mazda. Flash forward three car purchases and two accidents... four Hondas. Sigh.
    So..
    The Pilot
    The Accord
    AND
    Actual conversation...
    The Civic...wait which one?
    Silver.
    The Si? Yes. Sigh.
    Well they’re both “gray”.
    No. One is silver. Sigh
Why don’t we just say “the Type R”?
    Sounds pretentious.

    Fine. How about the CTR?
    The what?
    Wait for it...
    OH! The Civic Type R!?

    Okay that’s fine.

That’s what happens when you deal with non car people.
