What Was I thinking . Here in Kansas City it was like 96 degrees yesterday. By the time I got to drying the car I had to make sure not to sweat on the hood while drying it.... YUCK. But dam it's worth it with a black car when she's all clean !!!

Trust me in south west Florida it’s like that all the time in the summer all the way to November or December and you sweat a little in the cooler weather ( winter) which is 70 or 80 degrees

I also live in a hot climate and just forego drying

I use DI water as I’d otherwise sweat all over the vehicle

I’ll wash my car in the mornings to avoid the heat.

Why im watching a half naked man washing his car?! ... Internet, what have you done to me.:D
Made me sweat just watching him ... OHHHHHH That came out sounding very bad !!!

I work on the car as early in the Morning as possible, as soon as there is enough light to see... much cooler then. makes for a long day, but at least I don't start off the day soaking wet and dehydrated !!

+1. DI water is awesome. wash it in the sun (with the proper car wash solution), walk away, and 0 water spots. I can sit inside in the AC with a beverage while it dries. No touching the finish with either a water blade or chamois...

and the OP is exactly right. When that black pearl is clean.....nothing like it....
