Siri Hands Free Question

Just bought myself a 2018 Honda Civic Sedan LX (first Honda!) and was wondering if it comes standard with Siri hands free or if that was reserved for the models with CarPlay (EX+)?

If it is available, how do I work it?

Siri is apart of CarPlay. So no sorry!

But you can use Bluetooth to make calls and stuff. Now I’m thinking Siri works through that too! So yes you can use Siri.

This is an old thread, but thought I would answer. "Hey Siri" only works when plugged in to power, and I am Pretty sure that in the Honda Civic the only way to make it work is by having the USB plugged in to one of the plugs under the radio, and then you can just say hey Siri it works it's never worked for me when it's not plugged in unless the newer iPhones have changed

Hey Siri only works when Apple CarPlay is enabled (connected via USB wire). Otherwise you will have the standard Bluetooth prompts.
