Si Lower Grille on EX-T

Does anyone know or has anyone tried to put the lower grille of an Si on an EX-T? Would it even fit? Love the honeycomb look and would like to add it once I get the honeycomb grille from procivic.com

@FN2_expat hondapartsnetwork.com has it for $44.50. The biggest difference I see is that it looks like the Si piece fits on the entire bottom of the bumper whereas the EX-T piece is just the grille itself.

nearest honda dealership is a couple of minutes away from me, will stop later to see how it bolted on in real life

It woudn't look right because that bumper has the honeycomb part where the fog lights go ours is just a line it wouldn't match.

Not sure I understand what you're talking about. You mean the grille that holds the fog light?

yeah ours matches good because the lines almost match up between the fog light inserts and the lower grille but it's up to yall I don't really care what yall do to the car I was just pointing out that both have the different style fog light inserts

Oh ok actually I just saw that the non SI also has it mine has just a line there and not the honey comb I see it would match now sorry lol and actually I just looked at mine and realized I have the honeycomb style there too. Sorry its been a long day lmao.

No worries. You could prob find some honeycomb mesh and swap the stock ones out.

Sorry to revive a dead thread, but I'm looking to do this exact mod as well. Has anyone tried this yet, or does anyone know for sure whether or not it's possible?

Parts for reference:
- Original Part for EX sedan
- Si Part
- Sport Hatch ($176??????????)
- Non-Sport Hatch
- Type-R (I'm assuming this one definitely won't fit but I'll throw it in here anyway)

Took some pics of the back of the lower grille while I had the bumper off this weekend, showing how it mounts. Could anyone take similar pics of an Si/Hatch bumper when they get a chance so we can compare them?

I don’t see any updates. Was anyone able to figure out if the Si honeycomb lower grille fits the EX-T? Ordered the honeycomb upper grille from procivic.com. Only want to take the bumper off once.

Based on what I see here, the Si part will not fit. I can't find a similar video/picture of the hatch grille for the life of me, so no answer there.
