AMAZING -- Thank you for making this available to us.
There must be literally 1000's of pages in total .. but unfortunately, I could not find any sort of INDEX, which makes finding anything, like looking for a Needle in a haystack.

Am I missing seeing the index somewhere ??

It looks like these PDF's came from http://cardiagn.com, with the Honda Civic manual being at

    https://cardiagn.com/honda-civic-fc-fk-2016-2019-service-repair-manual-owners-manual/

The good news is that this link is actually an INDEX, to view the correct pdf file ONLINE.

What seems to be needed is this Index page in a downloadable PDF version, that will call the correct pdf file form the set downloaded from https://www.mediafire.com/file/gypb38nk1ye3dli/FC&FK_Service_Manual.zip/file

Maybe this already exists, if not should not be too difficult to generate -- It would certainly make the downloaded pdf manual a lot more usable

    Thanks @Silent Sausage !!

Awesome indeed. The file name sequence follows title sections listed here. All we have to do is rename, combine with auto-bookmark, and then bookmark some more. Hours of fun learning the car.

I'm in the middle of creating an Index HTML file, that will link to the PDF files.
Should have it finished in about 30 minutes, and will upload it.

It will be called manual.html, and all you will need to do is put it in the same folder that you extract all the pdf files to, and then click on the manual.html, and you will have the Index page, that you can click on to open up the correct pdf.

    OK.. here it is.
I also added the missing PDFs at the end of the Index

    Supplements

    Owner’s Manual

    ---------------------
Unzip Honda_SI_Manual.zip and add the Manual.html and the extra PDF files (SM_70.pdf .. SM_75.pdf) to the same folder you have the 1st 69 SM files (SM_1.pdf -- SM_69.pdf)

Manual.html updated to Ver 2.0 2/20/2020 (Fixed bad link)

Then just run the Manual.html to get the Index menu.

When you have finished viewing the selected pdf file, hit the back button to close it and return to the Manual Index

    One slight issue :(

The original Honda Documents, have internal links, that are not present in the Pdfs.

ie When viewing any given pdf, there are Blue links that should take you to more detailed information.
These Links are non-working within the pdf files ... but that is common when these documents are taken off the web, and made available offline :(

The same thing happened to the "CLONED" Honda Technical documents that were posted on this forum some time ago.

    https://unknowntransportation.com:8443/Service/Civic/

But these two resource go a very long way in helping Honda Owners gain access to Technical Information about their Cars :)

Noticed that too... still more useful than nothing I guess. This is my first vehicle for which I am unable to purchase service manuals (electronic or paper)... sad.

Its the Electronic Age -- No Haynes Book manuals anymore.

But with these 2 resources, you actually have access to more information than was even in those Haynes Car Service Books

You "Can" get access to most of the Technical Information that the dealers have (subscription) access to, but you will have to pay for a subscription to get onto that Honda Subscription Technical Website.

It's not inexpensive, especially for just Personal use .

    https://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/logon.aspx

Actually, compared to Dealer's service prices, the subscriptions are not to bad.
( very easy to spend over $350 a year at the Dealership for virtually NOTHING !! )

    bullet.gif 30 Day Honda Subscription - $50.00 new_cart.gif
    bullet.gif 365 Day Honda Subscription - $350.00 new_cart.gif
    bullet.gif 1 Day Honda Subscription - $10.00 new_cart.gif

At $10 per day it's not that bad actually if you're efficient at collecting relatively common DIY information (24h is a long time). Agree though, if you're in there all the time because the car is always apart for a project... it can add up.

Well 90% of that "subscription" information, is now downloadable from this forum (for Free)
