Sequential Front Signals

I came across these sequential front signals on Yahoo Auction Japan. I believe they are a replacement to the bumper winglets above the headlights. Does anyone have more info on these; installed pics or videos? Not sure how it would look, but it's an interesting idea.

I’ve seen these around the forums once or twice, and I’ve heard nothing but bad about them look-wise. They’ve said the LEDs looks very individual and does not flow together very well. You can find these in other places from a variety of vendors and every picture you see with the lights on...they expose the sh*t out of the pictures so they look like the lights flow but in reality do not!

Oof, the photos on Amazon don't make it look good. Oh well good to know.
