Rim Fitment question on 17 Civic Touring Sedan

I have 2017 Civic Touring Sedan (STOCK) No mods other than cosmetic




I am looking at few wheels and here specs on them

18x8.5 33 offset

18x8.5 35 offset Seen this one in few post so it looks like it will fit

Would like to know if any rubbing or hitting issues with this offset and if any rolling or fender pulling

You'll just have a bunch more poke than the stock 17x7 +45's.
