Request**Seat and carpet removal

I will be installing my new audio equipment running power wire, speaker wires and what not and I want to sound deaden as much of the Interior as I can and wondering if anybody that was the best and easiest ways of getting the front seats out (I'm okay on the back seat) and getting the carpet removed in order to put down the MLV and closed cell foam plus the CLD tiles.

Any direction you can give in these regards will be most appreciated.
