REQUEST: OEM Power Mirrors Retract when car locks

Wondering if anyone has had any experience with making their OEM Power mirrors:

1. Retract inwards when locking the vehicle
2. Extract outwards when unlocking vehicle

From my understanding we currently have a push button switch.

Perhaps a creating a simple latch circuit and drawing power from the lights within the mirrors would work?
