Could someone create a DIY guide for installing insulation for door panel rattles? I saw that there was a small guide for removing the door panel, but I am looking for a guide for insulation installation and door reinstallation. I tried getting it fixed at the dealership, but they have been unable to recreate the rattles so I might have to take it into my own hands.
It sounds like the plastic door panel trim is flexing on the driver side when I drive over uneven roads and a similar noise occurs on my passenger side near the arm rest. The rattling dissipates when I press on the trims so I would think that it would be able to be insulated from the inside.
